Celebrities go through their transitions with every role they had to play in a movie. As Gwyneth did, when she had to gain 20 pounds for her movie “Country Strong”, but later on she had to lose all those pounds and some extra for other roles. Like her role in “Iron Man 2”, she turned to her personal trainer to get her fitness in shape.

45 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of leg work is no joke, but she managed it and even more than that including a lot of kale in her soups and juice. Gwyneth shared her fitness plan with her readers in “Goop’, where she also stated, “I am not going to lie, the process was an arduous one”.

Zac Efron


One of the very famous Bollywood and Disney actors, last year on his 30th birthday, he shared his fitness routine when he was shooting for “Baywatch”. 30 long years and still keeping the shape is not a cup of tea for everyone. His trainer Patrick Murphy, shared Efron’s workout routine and diet plan in detail. In which he said, Efron used to eat zero-processed food including raw eggs and protein shakes. All the green, all the veggies and alive food that can be spoiled quickly and can turn healthy after consuming.

Including workouts like cardio, heavy weight lifting, strength training, power jumps and power lunges 2 to 4 hours a day for 6 to 7 days a week. Sometimes even twice a day.

Hugh Jackman


Well going to a low calorie diet with heavy sessions of exercises sounds tough but starting a high calorie diet and still manage your strength to go for exercise is even tougher. Our favorite comic hero started his 6000 calorie per day diet every day for 6 months including every two hours of 10 ounces of steak, rice, broccoli and beans. Jackman felt the diet “boring” but kept it on going for his role in the sequel of “Wolverine”.

He also mentioned his workout routine in an interview, in which he said it’s intense to go for a workout when you are on a high calorie diet. You need a good trainer with you for an intense and boring workout plan.
